Sean Endler comes to the Osder Group after serving as Vice President of Product Development for GetBack.com reporting directly to the President. As part of the senior management team at GetBack, Sean established, lead, and inspired a staff of high-impact designers, production artists and various 3rd party developers. His core responsibilities included defining and implementing website strategy, product strategy, determining feature sets and revenue opportunities through analysis of the external marketplace, customers, and competitors.
Other responsibilities included working closely with content, engineering and business groups influencing the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, development cycles, and managing technical implementations from product design through to fully deployed production releases. Durning this time Sean was instrumental in the growth of the of getback.com from zero stats to over 2.5mil unique visitors a month and over 20mil page views.
Prior to GetBack, Sean served as Director of Product Development for SPIKE Digital Entertainment a MTV Networks Company. In this role Sean lead the development of product features and functions for iFilm as well as the product merger of iFilm and SPIKE TV.
Previously, Sean was serving a leadership role within Yahoo! Media Group as part of the Central User Experience Design Group. In this role Sean’s responsibilities included global experiences across all YMG products. Some notable products include: Yahoo! Food, Health, Lifestyles, and Games.
Before that, Sean was a member of The Sony Design Center, a internal group for product/service development for Sony Electronics. Sean’s focus was on Research and Development across Sony’s broad range of international businesses (electronics, music, and pictures), developing patentable intellectual property for various next generation products and services. Some notable products include: Metreon Entertainment Center in San Francisco (with Sony Development), Sony eMarker, Sony Sports S2 audio products, and next generation VAIO hardware and software.
