Principal
A pioneer in online publishing, Elizabeth Osder is principal of the Osder Group, specializing in internet business strategy, audience, product and content development and social media for companies navigating the changing landscape of interactive media.
Since the early 1990s, Osder’s experience has been both strategic and hands-on as an executive, editor, producer, educator and consultant leading media, marketers and publishing brands in the interactive space. A pioneer in news and information online, her depth of experience includes projects as diverse as launching The New York Times on the Web; helping make Yahoo News the number one online news destination; deploying the publishing system for The Financial Times; teaching and developing curriculum for interactive journalism and online community; tackling emerging trends in social media that deliver real user engagement, and pioneering the application of semantic technologies to both relational content display and monetization.
Sean Endler
Product Design
Sean Endler comes to the Osder Group after serving as Vice President of Product Development for GetBack.com reporting directly to the President. As part of the senior management team at GetBack, Sean established, lead, and inspired a staff of high-impact designers, production artists and various 3rd party developers. His core responsibilities included defining and implementing website strategy, product strategy, determining feature sets and revenue opportunities through analysis of the external marketplace, customers, and competitors
Glen Golightly
social media and targeted communications
Glen Golightly is a versatile media veteran whose experience includes print and electronic journalism, corporate public relations and government service. In 1995, he was one of the early adopters of Web-based multimedia that included streaming live audio and video. Glen intimately understands the relationships between reporters, viewers and sources/clients. He also excels in targeting specific groups with tailored messages using social media. In addition to Web skills, Glen is a talented writer, director and producer of film and video projects. He holds a Master of Professional Writing from the University of Southern California and is completing a certificate in film/TV directing at UCLA Extension.
Christian Gammill
Product Development
Christian Gammill brings a mix of consumer and b2b brand experience as well as a host of web and mobile startup experiences to the team. He is currently helping a host of social startups with business/product strategy and go to market planning. He has extensive executive startup experience as COO, VP, consultant and advisor across a broad range of consumer internet/mobile categories.
Joanne Laipson
Human Resources
Joanne Laipson, of counsel to The Osder Group, brings 25 years of experience in human resources, business development and ecommerce to our team. Joanne has served as V.P., Human Resources for Sony Pictures Entertainment and held senior roles at IBM/Lotus Development, an information technology contractor to the national intelligence community, a major retailer, and Watson Wyatt consulting.
Linda L. Nelson
Media Technologies
Linda Nelson is a 25 year veteran of the publishing industries, and has worked as a CEO, CTO and CIO. Nelson was CIO for the Village Voice newspaper / Stern Publishing for 13 years. In her 25 year publishing career, she has performed every task—from copy editing to page layout, printing to web development.
Charlotte Overby

Charlotte Overby is an accomplished editor and producer who has worked in a variety of roles that touch internet marketing and development. Most recently she worked for Patagonia, Inc where she produced multimedia publishing initiatives including video, blogs and books. Overby’s experience is diverse and includes edited numerous books about the environment, and running QA teams for software product development.
