Elizabeth Osder
Principal
A pioneer in online publishing, Elizabeth Osder is principal of the Osder Group, specializing in internet business strategy, audience, product and content development and social media for companies navigating the changing landscape of interactive media.
Since the early 1990s, Osder’s experience has been both strategic and hands-on as an executive, editor, producer, educator and consultant leading media, marketers and publishing brands in the interactive space. A pioneer in news and information online, her depth of experience includes projects as diverse as launching The New York Times on the Web; helping make Yahoo News the number one online news destination; deploying the publishing system for The Financial Times; teaching and developing curriculum for interactive journalism and online community; tackling emerging trends in social media that deliver real user engagement, and pioneering the application of semantic technologies to both relational content display and monetization.
Sean Endler

Sean Endler comes to the Osder Group after serving as Vice President of Product Development for GetBack.com reporting directly to the President. As part of the senior management team at GetBack, Sean established, lead, and inspired a staff of high-impact designers, production artists and various 3rd party developers. His core responsibilities included defining and implementing website strategy, product strategy, determining feature sets and revenue opportunities through analysis of the external marketplace, customers, and competitors
Glen Golightly

Glen Golightly is a versatile media veteran whose experience includes print and electronic journalism, film production, corporate public relations and government service. His specialities include leading small and large teams along with hiring staff, budgeting and strategic planning. In the mid 1990s, he was one of the early adopters of Web-based multimedia that included streaming live audio and video. Glen intimately understands the relationships between reporters, viewers and sources/clients. He also excels in targeting specific groups with tailored messages using social media. In addition to Web skills, Glen is a talented writer, director and producer of film and video projects.

Product Management
Dan’s career in media has spanned everything from major newspapers to Internet giants and startups. His leadership roles have included vice president of product for Appolicious Inc., director of product for Yahoo! News, operations manager and deputy editorial director of LATimes.com, and online services manager at The Arizona Republic (azcentral.com).
Robert Avey
Project Management and Business Analysis
Robert Avey has 20 years of project management, business analysis and business operations experience in IT, consulting, software development and entertainment organizations. Robert lends his knowledge to startups seeking the next level in their organizational growth. He joined Participant Media in June 2010 as senior director, Business Operations, where he was responsible for the operational effectiveness and day-to-day business management of TakePart, Participant’s digital arm. Prior to that, he was a consultant to TakePart and successfully facilitated the expansion of the technology organization including implementation of project management fundamentals, vendor/contract management and staffing.
Michael Krakovskiy

Michael Krakovskiy is a hands-on executive used to the high demands of publishing, consulting, and e-commerce verticals. He serves as The Osder Group’s content management systems expert and specializes in building and maintaining high traffic sites. He has worked with leading enterprise content management systems over the past decade and is an expert developer. Michael started his career in 1997 as a part of a web consulting company building sites for Citibank, Chase and Morgan Stanley.
Aehrich O'Dubhchon
Creative Director
Aehrich O’Dubhchon got his start in the production department of Wizards of the Coast working on products like Magic: The Gathering, NetRunner and RoboRally. Before Netscape was released, he had started designing and hand-coding HTML on websites for Wizards and later Microsoft. After attending Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, he returned to the Pacific Northwest to join Ignia as their creative director, continuing to do more work for Microsoft, launching projects like RetailPartner, Microsoft Insider Live! and TeamMicrosoft.
Toby Lowenfels

Toby Lowenfels has worked in social media marketing for seven years, helping a variety of companies build their social media presence and increase their customer base. Her past work includes managing social media marketing for Flavorpill, Participant Media and Wittlebee Children’s Clothing Club. She has a strong background in writing and editing, and her specialties include both organic and paid marketing in addition to online community building.
Kris Goodfellow
Product Management and information design
Kris Goodfellow joins the Osder Group after 10 years of experience in product management and 15 years of experience in information design. She brings this unique combination of skills together to help develop exciting and innovative products in industries heavy in data, but weak on usability.
Chris Parish

Chris Parish joins the Osder Group after 5 years of experience in digital marketing and 17 years of experience in technology and data management. He’s passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business needs, as well as the power of data and information to make more informed business decisions. He is also the co-founder and president of BMC Advertising, a leading mobile ad agency designed to help merchants and advertisers fully optimize their media buys. BMC has generated over $1MM in revenue by letting the data tell the story.
