We prefer to work with clients over an extended period of time, so we can get to know one another better and best develop, enhance and optimize our clients’ interactive and social media products.
Work may be scheduled as follows:
Project-Based: No project too big or too small, over the years we have taken on a wide variety of projects and customized engagement to meet our clients’ needs. Examples include developing business plans, market entry strategies and product plans, as well as RFP development, vendor selection and program management for all aspects of product deployments, including content management, social media, design, development and optimization.
Day Rate: Single day on site to assess the situation, give feedback and provide both strategic and tactical direction to management teams. We also provide 1:1 coaching sessions to key stakeholders from editorial, advertising, circulation, production and technology in product development best practices.
Strategic Workshops: These workshops are designed to bring stakeholders together, assess products, roadmap and org structure. Outcomes include clarification of strategy, goals and objectives, key initiative definitions, staff roles and responsibilities and roadmap development.

Retainers: Retained relationships offer us a chance to understand a company’s culture and history and not only make suggestions, but roll up our sleeves and help implement solutions.
Basic Retainer: 1 day per week (32 hours per month) for three months at day rate.
Premium Retainer: additional commitments larger than the basic retainer and can be negotiated.
